Confirmation e-mail
After your order you will receive an automatically generated by our shop order confirmation, where you can find out all the relevant information. Please check this for accuracy and completeness. You will also find your order number which you can ask to use as a reference for further inquiries.
Should not this just the latest (after 30 minutes) after your order is not received, please contact us within our business hours!
When paying by card
If you have elected to pay by card payment, you will find our bank account and other information in the proforma invoice (PDF file), we will send you via email. It may please be aware that the shipping of your goods definitively until the full payment is received.
Please enter the number as the use of our pro-forma invoice.
Shipping
We ship items extended in most cases within two working days after receipt of order by DPD or post. If an article does not even amount to be in stock and the delivery of the order by more than a week, you will receive an order confirmation with the expected delivery date by email from us.
We aim to deliver within 30 days. It is, however, agreed to a 60-day compliance period, which we will inform our customers of which should be exceeded 30 days.
The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed by the online shop - they are based on a transport weight of max. 30kg and max. 150cm in length. If the automatically calculated shipping as because of the size or the weight of the products ordered are exceeded, we will contact you before shipping to you. Please also read the shipping instructions regarding deliveries on islands or in non-EU countries.
All shipments are carefully inspected by us before shipment and packed.
Delivery
Please pay upon receipt of the goods for damage to shipping box, and let them if necessary from the driver to confirm the parcel service!
For obvious damage must be claimed immediately upon delivery, the deliverer. (Please inform us about the incident)
Not externally visible damage must be notified to us in writing within 5 working days.
Please note that the employees of the transport services only to deliver the goods on the ground floor (door) are required.
